Preda Longa is the toponym given to the most imposing and representative granite formation of the Loculi area. Atmospheric agents have modeled its forms making it a natural monument of indescribable majesty. The leucogranites of which it is made up bear witness to the geological events which conditioned the whole island and created the micro-continent known as the Sardinian-Corsican block. It is possible to reach it on foot after a bumpy journey of about an hour and thirty minutes. The landscape that can be enjoyed once you reach the top is an authentic 360-degree window on the barony. The sea embellishes those distant horizons that the gaze explores up to the edge of the most distant peaks and the mind is filled with colors and shapes that are harsh and harmonious at the same time. Spring offers precious blooms and the winds always carry new scents, giving the visitor an intoxicating sensory experience.
